Guide:

  1.The buyer shall live in China for at least one year.
  2.The buyer shall indicate his/her Chinese and foreign name in the contract when signing the contract.
  3.The buyer shall provide the identity certificate, residence permit of Hong Kong and Macao compatriots or pass of Taiwan residents to Mainland China, Approval form for leasing or selling houses to foreigners or residents from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan; Foreigners shall provide passport, residence permit, notarized comparison of Chinese name and foreign name or work permit or residence certificate (indicating both Chinese name and foreign name) of foreigners in China, Approval form for leasing or selling houses to foreigners or residents from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan.
  4.The notarized materials submitted should be translated into foreign languages by a translation company. Some documents such as Power of Attorney and Letter of Consent submitted by overseas persons shall be notarized or authenticated by domestic or foreign institution.
  5.The complete documents shall firstly be submitted to the Foreign Affairs Examination and Approval Office of Qingdao for review.
  6.If the buyer needs a loan and has no fixed revenue in Qingdao, his/her certificate of revenue, certificate of marriage and certificate of consent for mortgage loan by his/her spouse shall be notarized by a notary office in his/her own country.
